Aggressive
Cat?

We do our best to provide a clean and calming environment with FELIWAY spray to prevent your cat from being too alert, but it is quite normal for cats to be super sensitive when they're being groomed by unfamiliar people in an unfamiliar place.

There could be different causes for their aggressive behavior and we cannot tell whether we can handle your cat or not over the phone, but we assure you of the best care.

Here is how we manage very difficult cats...

We do not feed medicine to calm cats.

We discuss with owner on the use of natural remedy.
We try three different kind of muzzles used with thick towels to manage your cat's movement safely.

If cat is still unmanageable...
There is possibility we have to stop grooming on the rare occasion.

But we do suggest...

1: Postponing the rest of the shaving work. Sometimes a break helps to calm the cat.

Or

2: Arrange an appointment to shave mats right after a vet treated it with either medicine or natural remedies.
(The vet might suggest feeding it Gabapentin the night before and 1 hour before grooming.)

Please consult with a vet before feeding Benadryl, Gabapentin, Xanax, CBD and etc.. The amount a cat can take varies and it depends on its health condition.

Please inform us if you already know that your cat might be very difficult to handle when you make an appointment.
